We believe in complete transparency. Here are the answers to the most common questions from our capital partners.

What's the minimum investment?

Our minimum investment is $25,000. Larger investments may qualify for higher yields.

What happens if a project defaults?

We attempt to work out a resolution with the borrower, but can foreclose as a last resort. Our default rate to date is extremely low, but there is no guarantee that future defaults will not impact principal or returns.

How liquid is my investment?

This type of investment is relatively illiquid compared to stocks or bonds. We recommend a 6–12-month investment horizon at a minimum. Withdrawals require up to 90 days notice.

How are interest returns distributed?

We pay out interest returns on the 30th of each month. You have the option to reinvest your earnings or have them sent to you via ACH.

Do you lend to foreign investors?

Yes, we welcome participation from foreign investors in our loan products. Please note that all funds must be contributed in US dollars.

What are the risks?

Real estate involves market risks, but we attempt to mitigate said risk as much as possible with properties below the median value, short term lengths, and low LTVs.
