You, the investor, are in complete control. You are the bank, we are not a money pool.
YOUR INVESTMENT IS PROTECTED
Your loan is secured by a first position mortgage and/or security deed, clear title, personal guarantee, promissory note and a hazard insurance policy.
All of the security instruments and pertinent documents are provided at closing and are made available to you at any time. In the event that the project doesn't go according to plan, your downside will be protected by the value of the real property. The loans are based on loan-to-value of 70% or less leaving 30% or more in equity.
