An appraisal may be required if the real estate comparable method ("comps") does not satisfy our underwriting requirements, or in other particular circumstances.

Because each loan is evaluated on a case-by-case basis, we may loan 100% of the rehab cost under the right circumstances.

Yes. If you own multiple properties, we will often use one or more of them as additional collateral. This can reduce or eliminate the need for a down payment or help increase the total loan amount.
